For more than 50 years, Mountfield have been providing first-class quality and highly reliable products to their customers.

Starting off in 1962, the first creation by the brand was their rotary lawnmowers at premises in Maidenhead. At the time, these were not as technically sophisticated as the rotary lawn mowers of today and they most likely would have limited power and therefore capability. However, as time moved on technology started to exponentially grow and therefore opened more avenues for Mountfield to further develop their range of rotary mowers as well as create new ones as well. This has been noticed in recent times and most specifically the past few years, where the demand by consumers for tailored, more powerful and greener has increased significantly. As build materials developed these were incorporated into new designs. Lightweight polymer, sturdy steel and long lasting aluminium cater to all customers. As Mountfield have been able to move with the times their brand power and reputation have grown. From home owners and keen amateur gardeners to professional and commercial users

Mountfield have produced gardening equipment that’s just right.

These days their range of petrol rotary lawnmowers would possess more power and boast minimal design flaws in comparison to when they started out. Alongside this, they now also have various other types of lawnmowers, including cordless (Mountfield Princess 34li), electric (MountfieldPrincess 42), self-propelled (Mountfield SP53 Elite), ride-on (Mountfield 827MCompact) and premium rear-roller (Mountfield SP555RV).Furthermore, they also diversified outside of lawnmowers and have created different products such as lawn tractors (Mountfield 1538H-SD Side Discharge) and snow mowers (Mountfield95H Power Unit/Snow Blade) to name some examples.
