90 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you have changed your mind and would like a refund please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 90 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as the product is returned with its original packaging and labels, in as new condition, unused and can be resold at full price.

Please ensure that you use a tracked and insured delivery service that will cover the full value of the goods in the event they go missing in transit as we cannot process the refund until we receive the item back into our warehouse.

In most cases we can arrange return shipping for you but you will be liable for the cost which will be deducted from your refund. Please let us know if you would like us to assist you with this by emailing us on [email protected]

We will refund you using the original payment method used in a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned goods from you but please be aware that your bank can take several more days to process the refund.

We are unable to refund special order parts and accessories that are not listed on our website and have been sourced specifically for you.

Product Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product is damaged upon arrival please contact us for further assistance using the form below within seven days of receipt.

Returning a Faulty Product

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us using the form below for further advice. If required we will organise a collection of the product so please ensure that it is placed in suitable packaging ready for our courier to collect with all accessories and documentation.

As soon as our technicians have verified the fault we will contact you to discuss the available options. Please note that if no fault is found or if the fault is caused by damage or user error then you will be liable for the costs incurred in collecting the product and returning it to you.

Returning a Used Product

When making an online purchase you have the right to cancel an order up to fourteen days after all the products in your order have been delivered to you and a further fourteen days to return the products to us. These rules apply even if the product has been used.

However, if the product has been used then you risk having to pay for the potential loss of value as a result of this use. This value is determined by Mowers-Online.co.uk and how much Mowers-Online.co.uk can make by reselling the now used product.

You are only liable for possible losses in value caused by other kinds of handling than that required to determine the nature and abilities of the product and how the product works. In other words, you can try the product in the same way you would try it in a shop.

To be clear, if you use one of our lawnmowers to mow your lawn or one of our chainsaws to cut down a tree and then decide to return it then that product is now classed as used and you could potentially receive a refund that is substantially less than the amount you paid for the product.

Please do not use the product if you want a full refund.

Please also ensure that you return the product in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals as the lack of these items can have a significant impact on the value of the now used product and the level of refund you will receive.
