This steel decked 46cm cut 20944 rotary mower features the patented Toro recycling system where the cutting blade chops then re-cuts the grass into fine pieces. Mulching is suited to dry mowing conditions where retaining moisture in the soil is important.The 4-wheeled Toro 20944 has a fixed speed drive so will propel the user along at a comfortable pace. Self-propelled lawnmowers are very good for mowing ground with slopes or for larger lawn areas. A self-propelled drive will also reduce the fatigue felt from hand pushing mowers.The 20944 Recycler® lawn mowers come with a 55 litre fabric grass collector. Fabric collectors allow the air to circulate through the bag as the cuttings are collected. This flow of air helps to distribute the cuttings evenly through the bag so more can be packed in. The bag is also lighter and easier to attach and remove than a solid grass box. Varying the cutting heights from 25 – 102mm couldn’t be simpler, just adjust a single lever to your chosen height. Additional features on the Toro 20944 steel deck Recycler® include the folding handles, wash port and recoil zone start. Just attach a hose pipe to the wash port in the deck to thoroughly clean the underside of the mower after each mow. This will help to prolong the life of the deck.
