The Recycler® cutting system on the 21772 cuts then re-cuts the grass clippings into a fine mulch which is deposited directly onto the ground. The mulch will decompose quickly providing moisture and nutrients for the grass roots. The AutoMatic drive system keeps pace with your step so it can travel as slowly or quickly as you need. A quick change lever lets you switch from collect to mulch in seconds. The large capacity grass bag means you can spend more time mowing and less time emptying the bag. The Vortex technology incorporated into the cutting/bagging system increases the airflow so the grass is pulled into a more upright position. This allows for more efficient cutting and collecting. A blade brake clutch is fitted so you can leave the engine running when emptying the collector or moving the mower over hard surfaces between lawns.
