Stiga SLM 544 AE 500 Series Cordless Mower (No Battery / Charger)

The cordless Stiga SLM 544 AE offers the consumer a practical alternative to mowing with a petrol or electric lawnmower. The Stiga SLM544AE joins the range of Stiga Powerhead 500 Series 48v battery powered garden equipment. All 500 Series gardening tools can be used with the 48v 500 Series batteries. There are 2 sizes of 48v lithium battery suitable the 4Ah and 5Ah , E440 and E450.

The higher the Ah number the longer the battery will run. Stiga recommend the E450 5Ah battery for this cordless mower.

The Stiga SLM 544AE has a cutting width of 42 cm with 6 height of cut options from 25 – 75 mm. A hard wearing but lightweight polypropylene deck means the mower is easy to handle but can still take the knocks.

The 50l collection box has a vision window so you can check when it is full. If you don’t want or need to collect the grass clippings then a mulch plug is available as an optional extra.

With an optional mulching plug in place the grass clippings are cut extra fine then blown back onto the lawn. These clippings are absorbed into the ground providing extra moisture and nutrients to the grass roots. The SLM 544 AE is supplied without a battery or charger.
