GTM GTS1800WD V5 E/S Self-Propelled Petrol Chipper

The 1800WD (Wheel Driven) is a self-propelled wood chipper designed for professional use in tree care and landscaping. This machine is portable due to its battery-powered system (2 x 12 V). With a fully charged battery, you can travel approximately 6 km on flat pavement or 2 km on hilly or muddy terrain. The system has two forward speeds (3 and 6 kilometres per hour) and two reverse speeds (1.5 and 3 kilometres per hour).

Because the driving system is suitable for slopes of up to 15°, the machine can be easily loaded into a van or onto a trailer. The 1800WD is extremely manoeuvrable, thanks to its two sturdy pneumatic tyres at the rear and two swivel wheels at the front. With the handlebar mounted below the input, steering is a breeze. On the handlebar, you can also adjust the speed and see how much battery life is left.

This wood chipper has a powerful Honda GX630 engine with 21 horsepower and can shred branches up to 12 cm in diameter (dry wood 10 cm). The efficient rotor chipping system pulls the branches inside automatically, ensuring a high working speed. PRO-blades made of high-alloy steel have an extremely long life and two cutting edges. When both sides of the blades are worn out, they can be sharpened (always have this done by a professional).

User safety is always our top priority. The 1800WD, for example, has safety switches on the input and output that prevent the machine from operating during maintenance, and a panic bar mounted around the input that immediately interrupts the machine in emergency situations. Furthermore, the 1800WD meets the strict forestry standard (NEN-EN 13525:2020) to ensure safe use.

The 1800WD includes a 270° turnable output and an hour counter.
