EGO Power HT2001E 56V Cordless Hedge Trimmer Kit

The EGO HT2000E hedge trimmer uses a lithium-ion rechargeable battery to power the 51cm double sided blades. The laser cut steel blades are diamond ground for a precise, clean finish to the cut. Made from hardened steel the clean cut of the blade helps to encourage new growth in hedges and shrubs. The end blade protector protects the blade when cutting at right angles to a wall or solid fence.

A light weight machine at only 2.8kg (without a battery) this EGO hedge trimmer is comfortable to use with a soft grip D-style handle. The kit comes complete with a 2.5Ah battery and battery charger.

Running time with the 2.5Ah battery is up to 75 minutes but this is dependent on the thickness of the material being cut. If the machine has to work harder it drains the battery quicker. Can recharge in 50 minutes. EGO recommend the 2.5Ah battery with the HT2000E hedge cutter as bigger batteries are heavier and won’t improve the performance.
