For hedge cutting, the MTX230C has an impressive articulating head, which trims hedges smoothly through 180 degrees. The 72cm shaft length makes trimming higher hedges and hedge tops more accessible and the 62cm double-sided cutting blade works to create a neat and tidy finish. The cutting blade has 30mm tooth spacing which will maintain hardier varieties of hedge, such as holly and laurel. The grass trimmer attachment has a bump feed nylon head, which releases extra line when the head is bumped on the ground. The shaft length is 75cm giving the MTX230C an optimum working height, this twinned with the loop handle makes for effortless switching from borders to lawn edging. Removing the grass trimmer head and fitting the ‘Tri-blade’ transforms the MTX230C into a productive brush cutter. The ‘Tri-blade’ takes on hardy vegetation, brambles and dense grass areas with ease. The blades design reduces clogging and leaves a cleaner cut.The pole pruner attachment has a 72cm shaft and is ideal for cutting back trees and orchard work without the need for ladders.
