Mountfield 66cm Mulching Plug
Mountfield are known for their large collection capacity, a feature that can speed up mowing time as you are able to cover big areas of lawn with no need to stop and empty the collection box.
However, if you’re someone who prefers to mulch their grass clippings, the Mountfield 66cm Mulching Plug is a great add-on to your new mower. This mulching plug attaches to your mower in place of the grass collector. The cuttings are circulated within the deck and cut into very fine pieces, before being deposited back onto the lawn.
Mulching your grass clippings can shave off 30% of your mowing time, and it’s also very good for your lawn. Mulching can help save water, suppress weeds, improve soil health and protect roots.
The Mountfield 66cm mulching plug is suitable for mowers with a 66cm cutting width, which makes it compatible with a range of our Mountfield ride on models including:

The plug simply connects to the discharge chute on the mower, and you can mow as normal. To return to collecting the grass clippings as opposed to mulching, remove the mulching plug and attach the collector.
Mountfield Lawn Tractor Battery Charger
The Mountfield Lawn Tractor Battery Charger is a versatile charger suitable for a range of lawnmowers including over 60 Mountfield lawnmowers and lawn tractors. It’s also compatible with a wide range of Stiga and Atco lawnmowers.
This charger has been designed to plug straight into the wiring loom on Mountfield models where the female stopper is already fitted. It offers convenient charging for our Mountfield, Stiga and ATCO mowers, which makes it a must-have accessory for owners of these lawnmowers.
Mountfield – Stiga Ride-On Sit-On Mower Protective Cover Small
Not everyone has space to store their ride on mower in a shed or garage, and if you’re going to be keeping your mower outside, a heavy-duty cover is an essential.
This Stiga Protective Cover is compatible with small to medium size ride ons, measuring 250 x 125 x 130cm. It’s made using fully waterproof nylon, so it’ll protect your mower from rain, dust and debris when not in use. If needed, you’ll be able to store your mower outside.
Many gardeners choose to cover their mower even if it’s stored in a shed or garage. A cover can prevent dust and debris from getting into cracks in the filter or body, which could shorten the lifespan of your new mower.
While not suitable for mowers with front mounted cutter decks, this cover is still highly versatile, capable of protecting a wide range of our Mountfield models.
