Available in a number of different sizes, the cement mixer is available in either petrol or electric versions. Most people say that they prefer the former if they’re dealing with a project that is far away from the electricity source.

However, if you’re constructing close to a socket, then read on as we look at the different models currently available.

If you haven’t used a cement mixing machine before, you’ll need to know that to get things underway it’s very simple. All you need to do is add cement to the machine along with some water and then turn the machine on.

Although cement mixers are all fairly similar, there are still some features that you might want to look out for. For example, there is a difference in the drum capacity of machines. This determines how much cement you can mix at once.
