The Genuine Article:
If you have invested in quality item of garden machinery it makes sense to buy genuine parts when they are needed. The majority of the parts we stock and sell are genuine parts, if a part is a pattern part it will be stated in the items description. It’s not in our interest to sell sub-standard parts that aren’t guaranteed to fit your machine.
Genuine parts are specifically produced to fit your machine and are supplied by the machinery manufacturer or an original parts manufacturer. These parts have been tested rigorously to make sure they meet the expected standards. Some aftermarket parts or pattern parts are adequate quality, but they are generic and are normally not specifically produced to fit individual machines.

Warranties:
If your machine is within warranty, it will need to be serviced by an authorised service centre to validate the warranty. Our experienced mechanics will only fit genuine parts to your machine, if you have a fault with your machine and a non-genuine part has been fitted, the manufacturer can refuse to honour the machines warranty. Therefore, buying a pattern part could void your warranty.

Using an Authorised Dealer:

We are an approved sales centre for John Deere, Lawn-King, Masport, Mitox, Stiga, Toro, Weibang and Westwood. Authorised dealers and approved centres have an established affiliation with the manufacturer, offer experienced product advice and normally have access to exclusive promotions and deals.

On-site Repairs and Parts Fitting:
Any repairs we do in our dedicated workshops will be validated by the manufacturer and will be compliant with the terms and conditions stated in the manufacturer’s warranty. We correspond with the manufacturer on the buyers’ behalf and dependant on the warranty terms all parts and labour will be free of charge. Warranty will not cover wear and tear parts such as blades, spark plugs, filters, drive belts etc., but any work carried out within the warranty period will still need to be at an approved service centre else it could void your warranty.
It is a misconception that an authorised dealer will charge more for parts and labour than a non-registered dealer; the manufacturer will determine chargeable time for repairs, not the dealer so you won’t get hit with a bigger bill.
