Portek 52cc Petrol Post Driver Rammer

Gone are the days when putting in fence posts took all day and was a back breaking job even for 2 people. Portek have released a hand held petrol post driver (pile driver) which can be operated by one person. The Portek Post Driver is powered by a single cylinder 52cc 2-stroke engine producing 1.42kW of power. The Post Driver comes complete with 3 fence post adaptors capable of taking posts up to 110mm diameter. Easy to operate the driver fits over the top of the post and with a hydraulic action pushes / drives the post into the ground. The 52cc engine helps the Post Driver power through heavy or compacted soil.As the Post Driver uses a two stroke engine the fuel (petrol/engine oil) is mixed before adding to the fuel tank. Portek recommend a 25:1 petrol:oil mixture. Failure to mix the fuel can damage the engine. The Portek Post Driver can be truly portable as it is housed in a sturdy abs plastic case for storage or transport.
