Simply add the items you love to your basket. Once you are at the checkout select the finance option that suits you and choose Deko. The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly. Easy!
Check your eligibility
Before you apply, please note that you will only be considered for finance if you:
• Are at least 18 years old
• Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 1 hour per week or £10,000 income per annum), unless you are retired and receiving a private or company pension, or you are in receipt of disability living allowance
• Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
• Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
• Have a good credit history with no late payments, Debt Relief Orders, County Court Judgments or bankruptcies.
Will I be accepted for finance?
Whether you're accepted for finance or not depends on many different factors. At Duologi they have a dedicated credit team that uses their bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions. Duologi will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision. This search will appear on your credit file and will be visible to other lenders if you apply for credit with them in future.
In some cases, your application will be referred for further assessment. You may be asked to provide some more information to help Duologi make their decision. If this does happen, you will be told whether your application has been accepted as soon as the decision is made.
What do I do if I have been declined?
If your application was declined, Duologi may be unable to give you specific reasons why. Duologi uses information from your credit report, alongside your income and expenditure data to make a lending decision. Our payment plan options
We offer a range of interest-bearing finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 12 to 60 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £250 and no more than £15,000. You can choose a deposit of up to 50% of the value of the goods.

- When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement?
As part of your application on the Deko platform, you will be presented with pre-contractual information and a copy of your credit agreement for you to digitally sign. Please take time to check the details in these documents are correct and that you understand the amount and frequency of your payments before you sign. Once your deposit has been paid, a copy of your e-signed credit agreement will be emailed to you.

Payments and Order
- How do I make my monthly payments?
Your payments will be taken by Direct Debit using the details you provide during your application. If you’d like, you can make additional payments by debit or credit card.
- Can I request delivery to an address other than my home address?
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we are only able to deliver goods to your home address.
- I want to amend my order.
If you have been approved for finance, the amount or term cannot be amended. You will need to contact us Cheltenham Mowers Ltd (mowers-online) to amend the goods or services you ordered and you may need to complete a new application for finance.
Please note we cannot guarantee a new credit application will be approved. All credit applications will leave a credit "footprint" on your credit history.
- I haven't received my goods or service.

- What should I do if I can’t make my payments?
If you find that you’re struggling to make your payments, you should contact Duologi as soon as possible. They will work with you to come to a repayment solution that meets your needs and does not put you at risk of wider financial difficulties. Cancellations and Returns
- I want to return my goods and cancel my finance agreement.
You will have a 30-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel your finance agreement.
To cancel your finance agreement, you will need to contact us Cheltenham Mowers Ltd (mowers-online) and arrange to return your purchase or cancel the services. Once we have confirmed cancellation, we will advise Duologi to cancel your finance agreement and refund any payments that have been made.
If you have made an in-store application, we will refund any deposit payments that you made.
Please note: in some cases and depending on the nature of the product or service you have purchased, you will not be able to return your goods. Our terms and conditions will explain the types of goods that cannot be returned.
- What happens to my loan if I want to return my order?
There is a 30-day cooling-off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, please contact us Cheltenham Mowers Ltd (mowers-online) directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact Deko or your lender.
A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application. Your lender will refund your deposit and let you know if you have any balance to repay.
