Product Prices: Our prices are inclusive of discount, UK VAT, and delivery to your preferred address on the GB mainland. However, because of the costly courier charges to the Scottish Highlands area (principally IV, KW, PA, and PH postcodes, although some AB postcodes are also included), there is a delivery charge of £24 (inclusive of VAT) for garden machinery products to these areas. For very heavy items such as garden tractors and cement mixers to this region, there is a delivery charge of £47 (inclusive of VAT) for tractors and £30 (inclusive of VAT) for cement mixers to these postcode areas. We cannot deliver any items to Northern Ireland, Eire or Europe

Payment: We offer a secure means of ordering and paying for your products via this site. All online credit card payments are secured through a Secure Server Layer to protect your data. Our servers are rigorously tested to the meet PCIDSS (Payment Card Information Data Security Standard) criteria.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us. Acceptance will occur on either the debiting of your credit card or the clearance of your cheque. A contract will not affect your statutory rights

Delivery: Delivery of products is usually 1-2 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. Delivery of tractors is usually 4 - 5 working days after receipt of order.

Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our distributors. A detailed receipt, together with a copy of the credit card payment receipt, will be posted separately to you on the same day

Product Warranties: All garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online catalogue applies to DOMESTIC use of products. For COMMERCIAL use, different warranties usually apply - please enquire for details.

Cancellation Rights: In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations and the SafeBuy Web Trader Code you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the the condition they were in when delivered to you.

SafeBuy: The SafeBuy Code requires that we allow a 14 day 'cooling off' period for returns ( except for consumables and bespoke services).

Faulty Goods: If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 30 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

FREE delivery on the UK mainland, except for the Scottish Highlands areas (principally postcodes KW, PA, IV, and PH). To these areas there is a delivery charge of £23.50 (inclusive of VAT) for all garden machinery products except very heavy items such as tractors and cement mixers.
For all tractors there is a delivery charge of £47 (inclusive of VAT), and £30 (inclusive of VAT) for all cement mixers to these postcodes. |
We can now supply customers (in the UK only) with spare parts for garden and machinery products from most of the major manufacturers.
