This articulating hedge trimmer attachment will convert your Flymo Sabre Grass Trimmer into a useful long reach hedge trimmer for cutting both the side and flat tops of tall hedges.

The hedge cutter, when fitted to the Flymo Sabre power unit, has extendable length and an articulating cutting head (adjustable between -10 and +90 degrees) so it is easy to cut across flat hedge tops without the need for stepladders.

Specifications:

  • 42cm length dual action cutting blades
  • 15mm cutting gap between blade teeth
  • Cutting movement 1450 strokes/minute
  • Safety blades prevent accidental injury
  • Blades stop in under 1 second for added safety
  • Two handed operation for safer hedge trimming
  • 7-position cutting head adjusts from -10 to +90 degrees
  • Weight 1.9 kgs

    • When attached to the power unit, the lengths of the complete machine are as follows:

  • Fully extended length of machine from base of handle on the power unit to tip of blade (when in vertical position): 1.7 metres (1.45 metres when not extended)
  • Fully extended length of machine from base of handle on the power unit to hedgecutter head (when set at 90 degrees cutting angle): 1.1 metres
