Designed with smaller gardens in mind, this Mountfield 1228H Ride On Mower handles perfectly, even in the most restricted areas.
Fitted with a 414cc Mountfield WM125 engine it performs efficiently in all working conditions with power to spare. A hydrostatic transmission gives infinitely variable speed control at the touch of a lever on the 1228H. A powerful 72cm (28") working width cutter deck ensures perfect grass cutting and collection whatever the conditions.
Grass clippings are discharged to the rear of the machine; this keeps the overall width to a mere 76cm (30").
The 170 litre capacity rear mounted collector can be emptied from the driving position. An audible alarm notifies the operator when the collector is full.
