The John Deere X305R is new to the John Deere range of garden tractors for 2012.
This X305R rear collect premium lawn tractor offers customers a unique machine which features fan assisted collection. These versatile graden tractors can handle a variety of tasks and incorporate a number of desirable features for comfort, convenience and performance.
The John Deere X305R has a 42 inch mowing deck and powerful 2 cylinder Kawasaki engine developing 12.2kW at 3100 rpm. The TurboStar mowing system on the X305R lawn tractor offers excellent grass collection properties and the enhanced fan features larger diameter, reinforced 8mm blades, the fan is directly mounted on top of the mower deck for improved material flow into the large 300 litre collection hopper.

Turbostar mowing system which incorporates a powerful blower fan to propel grass into the collector. This is a superior system that packs the collector full.
Electric PTO shut off system prevents blocking by automatically shutting off the mower deck when the collector is full. A light also illuminates on the dash to inform the operator.
Hydrostatic Twin Touch pedal control for simple operation of the machine.
Colour coded controls are conveniently located for simple operation and identification. These include mower engagement, deck lift release (together with foot pedal), cruise control, park brake and separate throttle & choke.
Electronic dash display featuring hour meter.
Open back suspension seat features distinctive styling and comfort. Open back design allows air circulation to keep operator cool. Seat can also be adjusted to different positions to suit the operator.
Cup holder and tray are conveniently located on the rear fender to provide storage.
