A new addition to the Mountfield range of garden tractors this season is the Mountfield 1430M rear collecting lawn tractor which is guaranteed to be a popular machine. Featuring a 432cc Mountfield Series 7500 engine, 84cm (33 inch) cutting width and large 240 litre rear collector.
The Mountfield 1430 manual is an excellent introductory machine to the world of ride on grass cutting. With it's overall width of 89cm it is ideal for smaller gardens and lawns which need a ride on mower to fit through narrower gates.
The manual transmission has 5 forward gears, reverse and with a turning circle of just 140cm (55") can equal the maneuverability of the smaller compact riders. The Mountfield 1430M lawn tractors cut wider than their wheel width which means there is little trimming left to do after the lawns have been mown.
The 1430M rear collector offers 7 different cutting heights from 25mm - 80mm ensuring the perfect height of cut for your lawn. Deck engagement couldn’t be easier; you just have to pull the control switch for 'On' and push it in for 'Off'.
A tow bar, grass deflector and mulch plug are available as optional extras for this machine.
